According to OSM wiki access=delivery should be used only when delivering to the element, it will restrict all other vehicles apart from delivery, which is not ideal in this case.

Hi,
I have added private access due to below sign board, which says no trespassing. https://bit.ly/2yMwysx and private access won't effect deliveries and employees, since they have necessary permissions to access roads. (access=private).
