Hal, you claim that "these encampments have been there for multiple years" and "many of them include substantial structures." However, neither claim appears to be true for the site you added at NW 46th and 9th Ave NW. You can look at the Google Maps streetview imagery from 2008-2019; in every single capture, there is no permanent encampment at the corner of the post office. Additionally, I just passed that intersection earlier today. While I wasn't looking especially closely for encampments, I don't recall seeing anything of the sort at that corner.

Are you disputing the idea that this building will require expensive effort to put back into operation, or just the idea that Twitter occasionally contains factual content?
