Actually, adding just toll:hgv seems wrong. The route 50 is generally without toll, it's only truck traffic that needs to pay toll. Therefore, this should have been toll=no and toll:hgv=yes.
Can you fix it please?

Hey, so I'm not sure that the Kumpostova street is still under construction. Looks pretty complete to me. Should the highway tag be changed to living_street and the construction tag removed completely?
