@Omnific - I see you replaced Ashland w/ Hanover County in `addr:city` tags - was that intentional? I ask b/c I spot checked a few places (Iron Horse, Tiny Tim's, and Pamunkey Library) and their websites say Ashland. Thx!

I realize this is a very old change, but do you remember where/how you got the building heights? Did you find an official database with the city of Richmond or estimate it somehow? For example, look at way/366063487 (height = 32.549592): way/366063487/history. Thank you!

I opened an [issue on GH](https://github.com/alltheplaces/alltheplaces/issues/8373) and somebody's already done a PR to address it. I'm not familiar with ATP as this was my first time hearing about it (looks pretty nifty btw), but now that the PR has been done, I wonder if it's now possible to update opening_hours with the correct times instead of removing the tags?

Correction to my original comment - the correct closing time shouldn't even be 22:30, it should be 25:00 or 26:00 depending on the day. ([example Wendy's location](https://locations.wendys.com/united-states/nj/watchung/1701-us-highway-22))

This import tool is adding incorrect opening hours in possibly all cases - the first three that I spot checked were incorrect (see 28039062, 23766605, and 28501171). Specifically, It's importing the closing times as 10:30 instead of 22:30.

I don't want to make drastic changes, but even after my change, Boulevard northbound still looks offset a little too far to the east relative to GPS tracks. That said, hopefully it's at least slightly better than before the change.
