Sorry it's my first time adding btc related tags on OpenStreetMap. On btcmap website I read the only required tag is currency:xbt, so I don't understand your message.
About the shops, bitcoin is a service offered by the shopping center. They give gift cards in exchange for crypto. The gift cards can be used in all shops of the shopping center (with 5 exceptions)
