By the way, it is all depends on locales how they call it. As there is a mixture, some locals and structures called by Arabic name and some other by the French one, but usually people use the old and original of the words.

The exception is when gov change name and usually from French to Arabic or Amazigh. Those have conflicting naming between people on street and administrative document,

Anyway, there are 3 official languages. The sign on that hospital is written only in two Arabic and French.

Locales speaks Algerian Arabic. Basically the name is actually an Arabic one originally just transliterated to latin.

Hi, could you please explain to me why removing composite name?

There was disputed many years ago then Algeria group agreed on composite name containing (Fre-Keb-Ara).

Fixed the name, note is not related (just wrong commit title sorry)

Hi, Thank you for contributing to OSM. Please try to avoid using a grade for roads higher then it should. These are most "service roads" they are not public. I fixed this one. If you unaware of the grade use "unknown road" instead. someone on the ground may fix it.
