I'm very sorry for node/43837605 - areas should not be snapped to roads. I've never used Bing in the Netherlands (mostly Maxar) - it's just in the sources because I'm using it in other countries.
Are you aware of man_made=works ?

in multiple changesets I've added all the cocoa processors and oil mills along the Zaan, some chemical companies in Amsterdam as well as canal relations for OpenSeaMap.
As far as I remember I haven't worked on adresses at all.
