Timothy Smith thank you for paying attention to my edits, the revert was done, just because the edits of new mapper caused the road network issues, we are not able to fix all the issues but trying to solve the major ones.
In the OSMcha you can see the features which were affected by revert (link) and features were modified by the new not experienced mapper.
Is there anything that was affected by these edits, I have to fix?

Jillis E thanks for your comment, but please pay attention to the changeset you have mentioned. There you thought that my colleague fixed this (https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/way/268043969) building but look at the deep history of these building, it was imported in this shape from BAG, and our mapper at first just touched the side of the building (that was fixed), all other edits also were reverted.

But we took into account your suggestions and will not map buildings in your region.
