Not sure what street you're referring to,

It looks like it was the park section at the entrance off of 11 mile, I made it one unit laying over the road. (adjusted it just now)
as for the river I put the dividing line near the bridge because I prefer to do the rivers in sections in case I make a mistake. ^_^
