SES is the State Emergency Service in Australia. Most people know it as 'SES'.
If you remove the label 'SES' from the map, it won't be effective - as everyone using the map will be directed to the 'SES' location.

Normally aeronautical emergency services have a multi-role, other than just fire fighting. Often source documents like the AIP or ground maps only show a reference to emergency services.
