broken relations for Rose Hill, Conrad Gardens, Fair Park, and Rainbow Gardens. They are also missing roles for some members. Lots to fix!

Having one big relation may be prone to breakage later. It may be easier to maintain to have multiple smaller separate relations (or just ways, if relation is not needed). Keep mapping!
