Hi SS, Welcome to OSM! parking_space is usually used for a single space. You probably want to outline the area of the parking lot and use amenity=parking. Check out the wiki for more info:

I think the unclassified roads you created should be tagged service. Is B59 the name of the road? It seems that Fourth Street is already marked service, B59 should probably follow the same pattern.

Welcome to OSM! The driveway looks good, but you don't need to add tags that are already the default, like oneway=no, covered=no, etc. Keep up the good work!

I believe tunnel is for a road underground.
if it's not underground, then covered=yes, and remove the layer=-1

osm has a philosophy too, which allows you to tag anyway you want.
In NJ there are about 31 items tagged sport=yoga, while there are more than 27,000 items tagged amenity=school.

Vatsomya, you changed a stream into a driveway. You also added a driveway that crossed a sidewalk without a node.

Please correct and be more careful.

The intersection where the residential highway meets the tertiary looks like it was accidentally dragged. The tertiary highway makes a V shape instead of being horizontal.

The barrier=wall stands out to me. The shadow is very large and has orange roof tile, seems more like a building than a wall.
