jpotas: You temporarily deleted the boundary, but you should be reverting your changeset to get it back. Just redrawing the missing piece is loosing all the history of that segment. You also did not add it to the correct relations, so now Greenburgh, Greenville, and Yonkers boundaries are broken.

Be careful, you deleted a section of McDermeott Ave, and broke the Riverhead boundary. Adding layer=-1 to sidewalks isn't usually the correct thing (other options are to move the outline of a building, or use covered=yes on a section of sidewalk).
I corrected these.
