Hi gameman! Close, but could be more accurate. Try Mapbox background imagery. Press the 'B' key and pick Mapbox. Then place your building more exactly. Also, when a building is selected, press the 'Q' key, and it will square the corners on your building for you. Keep mapping!

Hi gameman, welcome to OSM. Mapbox seems to be better imagery than Bing in your area. I moved the placement of the house and shed. I also changed the buildings from garage to shed. There is no need to put a name tag on generic things like shed, only use name for things that have a name (like "Joes' bar and grill") I also added a few other items next door.

Some issues though.
You accidently dragged nodes connecting River street and the beach parking. Can you correct that?
Someone else dragged nodes on Ocean ave, just south of your changes near a bank (?).

Also, for website addresses, add the https:// in front of the url.
Phone numbers should follow the conventions explained in phone=*

A driveway in osm is tagged highway=service, service=driveway, and then you can add access=no.
