| 138561185 | Hi @MxxCon - good question. In this case, I was just syncing up a few errors with the status quo of the rest of the cemetery, but I was wondering the same thing. For several ones I've checked out in person, there are "Private" and "No Trespassing" signs at the entrances, but they do seem to function more like "permissive" since nobody checks you in or asks. I referred back to the OSM wiki, which seems to prefer legal access over practical access making me think these should be "Private." I usually traverse these areas by bike, and some (like Green Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn) will actively stop you and make you park your bike to enter, whereas at Mount Olivet in Queens I didn't have that experience. What do you think is the right designation? |

| 127893012 | Hi @MxxCon yes of course - the section I deleted has pavement that abruptly ends and ceases to be passable (thick underbrush). From the aerial photo it can appear that the paved path continues under trees, but in fact does have a break in which people divert to the adjacent path and go around. Confirmed in person. Thx! |

| 127387902 | Hi - although it looks sloppy, I drew the perimeter to follow the lease area from National Parks Service, which follows paths at some times and does not at others, as well as cuts through the parking lot. Feel free to change to a more rational shape reflecting the commonly understood boundary if that is a better approach https://www.nps.gov/aboutus/foia/upload/GATE-Jamaica-Bay-Riding-Academy-Lease-2024.pdf |

| 121744909 | NYC does not allow bicycles on arterial roads where there is a dedicated bicycle path adjacent. However, Kings Hwy does not exactly fit this description; it is a very wide road with a service road on each side. It would be foolish and dangerous to ride a bicycle in the main thoroughfare with service roads on both sides. Unclear if strictly prohibited. |
