Yeah that doesn't look right.

The road leading from Berth 1 seems to be 20km/h.
https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=775147994864905 , I'm not sure if that applies at the roundabout as well but it probably indicates a low speed around there.

A number of other roads around the port are 20 or 30km/h.

I was able to confirm the name so I've now added it back

Hi, there is a bar there, I removed the name because the hotel went through a change of ownership a while ago and I have not yet been able to confirm the current name or opening hours.

I actually missed that page for it on the website, so based on that it is likely that it has kept the name and is open, it might be worth surveying to double-check.

It is a bee hotel. I guess man_made=insect_hotel might be a better tag for it? (the only downside is that tag doesn't specify that it is only for bees.)

Ok so the area is actually being left open and they put in trees and benches and stuff so I think it could be tagged highway=pedestrian + surface=asphalt.

The area was recently tarmacked so maybe surface=asphalt.

The area is currently being used for TV broadcasting during the Fleadh. Beyond that, there are no confirmed plans for the area, although there is a desire to have it used as a public space.

What I could do is to tag it as brownfield after the Fleadh if the area is closed off afterwards?

It is still branded as Campus.
