Additionally, addr:street is meant for the street name only, in unabbreviated form (i.e. “Taunton Road East”). You can put the other pieces of info under addr:housenumber, addr:city, addr:province, and addr:postcode.

I believe your change of network to TTC is incorrect. Although the building is managed by TTC (hence operator=Toronto Transit Commission), bus bay 1 is only part of the Durham Region Transit network. Only DRT buses serve it; not TTC. This is based on OSM Wiki page Tag:highway=bus_stop.

Thanks for adding street furniture to OSM!
It looks like you added some duplicate items in and around Otto, the new-ish townhouse area. I surveyed the area recently, so I deleted the duplicate items.
