Die Radwege scheinen jeweils nicht für den Gegenverkehr freigegeben zu sein (oneway:bicycle=yes; falls die Richtung des Weges stimmt). Die Radroute 25-36 müsste dann entsprechend auch von 36 zu 25 auf der anderen Straßenseite verlaufen.

Is this building existing now? Are there at least real plans for building it? If there are no serious plans for it - that should be entirely deleted. If construction started then building=construction is a better tag. Die 4 eingezeichneten Garagen für 13-13c sind so nicht vor Ort. Die Flächen sind gepflastert und ich bezweifele dass dort noch Garagen gebaut werden.

Kein Durchfahrt möglich. Einfahrt ist mit Schranke gesichert.
Es handelt sich um einen privaten Firmenweg auf dem viel Verkehr mit schwer einsehbarem Gerät stattfindet.
