I think that a one-way northbound segment is correct (US drives on the right). It’s from the old two-way roadway to the new divided highway northbound side. Apologies if I had it southbound. It was a real PITA to correct what the prior editor had left there.

I’m not quite sure what you’re saying. The construction is not finished yet per AZDOT, so part of the traffic is still using the old road as a two-direction road while the new one-direction road is finished. There are temporary ramps from the new sections to and from the old alignment while the construction progresses.

Most importantly, the road in that section is not limited to one direction, and OSM should not suggest that it is.
