Well spotted... I just did a quick edit of the 'max speed' field in ID, so didn't spot the additional tags lower down. Thanks for the corrections.

I have reconstructed the outline of the river which was destroyed by previous changeset/92582733. This changeset was very destructive to many relations and areas as you already noted.
