Thank you for the notes and I am sorry for missing your initial message. Please proceed with the bulk fix - I have no objection to your suggestions.

On our part, when we are adding new locations in the future/or fixing existing POIs, we will make sure to:
1) use social_facility=ambulatory_care
2) Not include 24/7 as business hours (though there are 24/7 phone lines and people on standby - still, if you consider it improper, we will not use them).
3) We will not include description=* (this should not have been an issue for most POIs we added/updated with this account, but if we missed some or added descriptions by mistake in a few, we apologize).
