Thanks for your comment. In version #1 of my edit, I've added the restrictions as I incorrectly assumed it to be a median instead of shared lane. As soon as I realized the mistake committed, I've corrected that. Apologies for any confusion caused. I've corrected the edit under changeset #79330768.
