It seems correct. There is a bike lane/track on both sides of the road, heading the same direction as traffic. It’s also separated by grade (same height as the sidewalk) and vegetation between the road and the lane/track. It does “share” space with pedestrians, however the cycle lane is slightly blue and there are clear markings showing where cyclists and pedestrians should go.
