Das ist nach unseren Maßstäben sicherlich kein Straßennetz. Der Großteil sind unbefestigte, jehreszeitlich bedingt nutzbare Tracks. Verstanden habe ich das die Gesundheitsbehörden wissen wollen, wo Leute wohnen und wie sie erreicht werden können. Da ist ein Weg zu viel besser als 10 zu wenig! Die Dichte ist dann eben mal so. Weiter geht es für den Wasserver- und Entsorger NWasco darum Die Bevölkerung mit Wasser zu versorgen, per Pipeline, Tankwagen oder Kiosk. Wie kann man das am besten organisieren?
