Honestly, I couldn't tell when standing in front of it. The only thing there is a door marked as "Compass Medical Technologies" with no other information. I assume that it's some form of medical treatment service similar to the other buildings in the area, but I couldn't find any information on it either online or in-person. It might be better to designate this otherwise, but I cannot tell what designation would be used.
