yes station_deux_roues is a mistake.

the output of charging_station:output is documented in the wiki as the maximum power delivered you can have in the most capable socket, it is not the installed power output.
people are often confused about this, we should find an other tag to describe this, because the charging_station:output is very useful to find a capable enough station at once.

about infos for socket being absent, it is useful to know that the info has been checked and that there is no need to double check, don't you think?

les ref sont forcément meilleures si on les visite en effet, je ne sais pas lesquelles tu as pu vérifier (ici c'est un changeset mondial), mais si dans le jeu d'open data d'etalab les ref ne sont pas bonnes il faut qu'on puisse savoir quel opérateur fait de la daube. on veut des noms ! :)

but the multiple nodes on the same place are corresponding to multiple objects in real life, but we do not know exactly where until someone checks them in the real world.
so i do not think we should gather them in one node. we can do that but it would not be like reality.

a workaround for the unknown place of such superposed nodes would be to have some utility that spreads them like 0.5 meters aside the previous node before sending them, forming a line or a grid, or any shape that would show that the real position is unknown.

the typo on type_2 was fixed lately,
socket:X=yes is accepted in the wiki, if specific number is unknown, which it is until verified in place.
yes, the socket:max:output will be fixed to use the tag charging_station:output=N kW

and for nodes at the same spot, o know it would be better to have a centimetric separated position, but this is all the quality we have,not the one we deserve.
these are easy to spot on JOSM.
i am not sure it would be better to group them and chain references together, since these are really separated objects, but not always.
so i thought it would be better to see at once how things are not verified in place, instead of not having the data. because this is the only level of input we have from charging station providers, and if we do not use it and survey in place we will just not have the info at all. and even a 20 meters away data is very helpful for people who are looking for charging station.

arf oui c'est parce qu'il n'y a pas les méta données de référence EU qu'elles sont considérées comme nouvelles.
c'est compliqué de faire la liaison.
