ive consulted this site before and have glossed over completely that it is indeed under copyright, 100% my fault. my thought was that their data had become open at some point in time which is obviously not the case. i will stop adding them as sources now and will divert to other sources now, thanks for informing :)

Hey sorry, NRA is just shorthand for non released access, it was a typo. NRA just generally refers to whenever some plan etc. gets hosted on a server but is unlisted and can only be therefore reached by tying in the URL and has no hyperlinks attached to it. NTLIS now shows the roads as existing as of today however so it is now completely accessible :)
