This changeset if memory serves me right was my first mapping contribution.

I was attempting to indicate the bridge was under construction. My vehicle navigation system was attempting to navigate over the bridge this change was to prevent that. Maybe misused the construction=* tag?

Actually think instead of removing the toll_booth node I should have created a `man_made:gantry` tag instead? man_made=gantry
