I have reverted my changes and removed the cycle barrier. Refer to the changeset <147647947> for the changes made.

Thank you for reviewing my changeset and addressing the issue. I want to apologize for the incorrect edits I made. I mistakenly modified the highway tag from "pedestrian street" to "service road" based only on Bing aerial imagery. Unfortunately, without access to street view, I was unaware that the street is actually only accessible to pedestrians.
I have reverted my changes in changeset/140847945 to rectify this mistake. I regret for any inconvenience this may have caused and am eager to continue learning from the community's expertise.
