This tag name:en=* that I added is descriptive according to the source I listed.
I feel I am abiding by the use of multilingual names like in this section Localization: osm.wiki/Names#Localization
I have not found this is disruptive or a problem with other plants I have come across in other places but if it is very disruptive for you, please let me know.
Thank you for letting me know about the redundant way boundaries, I was not aware there were two here.
As for the editing activities on 2021-01-13, that is something I cannot speak to as I was not with this team at the time but I can ask my them about it.
