Looking through changes in the site from recent years, it is possible that the area is deliberately being seeded. I have visited this location several times, although not in the past two years. If it is the case that the driveway deliberately being changed rather than just being untrodden gravel, then it does make sense to call it a lawn; however, this would not be consistent with what I've directly observed.

I'm torn. It is more visible from aerial photos and the break in the curb matches both the aerials and the historical images. https://www.loc.gov/pictures/resource/hhh.ct0332.photos.023145p/ That said, I don't usually map historic places. I had hoped to get out there to do fresh street-level images of the entire site.

taking a look Bradley's corner.. It appears the aerial images are behind the ground truth by about two years. The crosswalk exists where you marked it, rather than where the aerials are showing it.
