For reference, here are a few photos that I took on the upper half of BR47:

I would actually be inclined to delete the upper half of BR47 (everything above where BR47 meets way/1266691487), as it is completely overgrown with blackberries and evergreens. The only real sign that there was once a road here is that the vegetation is much shorter than what's around, and, that the "trail" is cut into the hillside. I'm not sure what the conventions around deletion are, though.
