The OpenStreetMap wiki states that "highway=living_street must represent a special road category indicated by some traffic sign." Are you able to confirm whether or not 1) Azerbaijan has a specific legal category for living streets (many countries do not) and 2) all of the roads marked as such in this area have physical signposts indicating this status? If not, then they should be changed to highway=residential.

Longer description: Added new rail yard construction, removed improperly tagged duplicate Suez Line and changed Cairo LRT tag to railway=light_rail. The arguments I’ve seen against tagging it as railway=light_rail rely on criteria that are completely absent from the relevant OSM wiki pages. None of the system’s physical differences from a typical light rail system actually contradict the standards the wiki describes for using the light_rail tag. In practice its role is vastly more similar to the average line tagged railway=light_rail than the average railway=rail on OSM. Ultimately OSM uses a quite broad definition of light rail which is more focused on function rather than form, so in this situation it seems fair to defer to the classification specified in the system’s official name.

Do you have a source for the prison camp boundaries and the specific sub-facilities? I'm not questioning the existence of the camp or its general location, however there doesn't seem to be any physical barriers along the boundary you drew. The area of other such sites in NK are drawn based on fences or walls, but most of this area (aside from the walled sub-compounds you've drawn already) doesn't appear to be a formal part of the camp...
