If you look a the Bing or Esri World Imagery, you can see a this transmission line has been added. The imagery cuts off on both ends, so this should be updated once the imagery exists.

Hi Xvtn, This indicates 2 separate 138kv circuits. This can be observed on the southern side of the line where it connects to 2 points in the substation.

I have fixed this in changeset/139390064. Thanks!
