Looks good. You can add the newly completed road sections of Coliseum Drive and Tower Boulevard (Bing Aerial shows these).

It seems like you mapped the roads overtop of existing roads. Could you instead just remove the "construction=residential" tag, and change the "highway" tag from "construction" to "residential"? Then you can edit and add geometry as needed to complete the roads. In the case of Boardwalk Drive, the construction tags could be corrected, and the two ways can be joined.
