Merci

I didn't have to receive lessons from the one that disrespectfully deleted my changes and the "local knowledge" has better to verify the presence of chains instead of deleting it

I return you the compliment you're getting less and less pleasant to speak with, not to say xenophobic we can say "chauvinist".
All of a sudden I just realize that you have deleted my work that's why
I became more angry (I think no one will be happy with that). Again there are geometrical aberrations on BOTH the imagery (you can see at the tunnel in ribeira brava that the different digiglobe imageries look different and even different than the Mapbox even if they are all satellite) and the osm map (due to the imagery).
I can't believe that you don't understand that I was saying "map" for the imagery that are synonyme and I assume that the imagery is terrible and it is very difficult to rely on it in order to update the osm map.

There actually are geometrical aberration on the osm data due to geo. ab. on the imagery, again I was saying that the imagery is terrible not the osm map.
I think that having block on the roads is better than nothing even if it isn't exactly the case (I allow you to modify, not to delete you can simply tag physical barrier). I'm not a guru, I didn't saw that there was geo. ab. in the imagery I was using at the begining but you just have to correct these changed.
Finally I don't understand why you think I find the map horrible, if I modify it is pretty much evident that it is because I'm using it and it work fine at home. I'm not living here and I'm volunteer to help upgrading the map, it is useless for me personnaly so that's in this way I think yiu're not that sweet with foreigners, if you want to continue updating alone good for you. Bye.

I'M GIVING UP!
I can say the same to you it is quite disrespectful to take me as a noob that didn't now how to offset a map, as said before there are geometrical aberation beetween the different map (probably due to differences between satellite and plane views) and no references to take (such as cadastre). BTW I wish you good luke to deal with this HORRIBLE map and with foreigners that you seems to have a strange way to welcome.

You pissed me off.
I took time to update the map and you TOTALLY erased my changes, they are changes in santana and ribeira too

70630209 over 6 years ago

I allowed you to modify my changes if you have more precise informations but NOT to delete them, if you want to reverse the part in ribeira that was wrong it's ok but I did several changes that I don't want to be removed. I ask you to come back on tour changes

How! I doesn't wan't to hurt you, I was taking about the base map esri/mapbox/bing that are poor quality and the lack of cadastre. Mappers in madere are more respectable due to the poor quality of the data they have to work with. I was not complaining about the osm quality in madere but about the aerial maps available. Take a look at the BDOrtho ign aerial map that we have in (east) France you'll be suprise! And again a apologize for the misunderstanding.

70614435 over 6 years ago

You can modify my changes on er 101 if you know where there are chains cause i don't remember exactly. You speak of offset and I'm sorry if I modified the map wrongly but the map is horrible in madere and there are more geometrical distorsion that cannot easily be fixed than actual offset
