Thanks for your suggestion. As far as I know, the Bbox is created on its own. In this changeset, I have just removed the connectivity at this 31.27826601532656, 75.68151948465017 location and submitted it. We are making sure to edit smaller areas at once, so we're not sure how the box got created on a bigger area.
