There are no 69kV power lines associated with the ITC McGulpin Substation. Only 138kV and 46kV.

The main elements for a substation are present. Substation class step-up transformer, busbar structures, anchor portals. A barrier (fence, wall) may not be present. Based on Bing maps imagery.

Aerial maps have not up to date in this area. The dual line does exist however. It was built in 2022.

I will remove the "voltage:primary" and "voltage:secondary".

Many transmission "lines" have two circuits (6 cables). Each circuit is named for the terminating substations. Many times, the circuit on one side of the towers has a different termination substations than the circuit on the other side of the towers. Therefore, there are four names. "A-B;C-D
