According to this, the building should be tagged as building=railway station (independent from the actual station), while the station itself is located in the the tracks.
The railway=stop is something else.
For the station name: there's no explaination on this link, but compared with usage in other areas of the world, "station" (or in this case "Estación") seems not to be part of the station name.

It seems that in most zoom levels there's the railway line visible again, so I guess the rest will follow soon

Is there any source for the renaming of the railway station from "Оазис" to "Тәжен"? In the official KTŽ documents I found it still appears as "Oazis"
