The banner at the top of the Commons category informs people that there's copyright issues, deleting it would make this issue less clear to Commons contributors, so I doubt it will be deleted. But if it is it should be removed from this OSM feature as well.

Nevertheless the category still exists, and a new image has been added since. As long as the Commons category exists, it should be tagged on OSM. I've added it back: changeset/173370781
