Something to keep in mind is that data on OpenStreetMap uses standardized tags to make it easier for others to use. On the web editor you used, if you select the feature type "plumber", it will prompt you to fill in information like name, address, etc. It will automatically add the correct tag names, so you shouldn't label them yourself in this case.

I've gone ahead and converted the info you added to a valid format, and moved the location into the shopping center building since it looks like you put it in the parking lot. Feel free to move the location to where it actually is.
