I think you mean Hartington Grove, not Huntingdon Road. They are miles apart.
If you read the change record you will see that the source is given as survey. When I record the word "survey" it means that I have actually been to the site. I have a GPS trace showing me cycling east along Cherry Hinton Road and then crossing at that very pedestrian crossing. I have uploaded the trace to my public profile.
Perhaps, you would like to check the image on Google StreetView taken in April 2019.

I’m passing this back to you to update OpenstreetMap. As far as I can tell the charging station has a CCS output. The Charging station is a Raption 50 CCS CHA T2C63. I have downloaded the specification. I have photos.
Adjacent is another charging station. This is a Post eVolve Smart T by Circontrol SA. Input power is 3P+N+PE 64A 44kW. It has 2 x Type2 sockets. I have the specification for that charger too. I have photos.
There are 3 marked parking bays. Sign says max stay is 2 hours.
