These random tracks from the TIGER import are very low value and I think it is cleaner to just remove them. These are usually wildly inaccurate, and are on private land where they are essentially of no use to anyone. In the rare cases where someone might want these (say because a rancher allows hunting on their land) it would be easier to add them from scratch.

The TIGER import was almost 20 years ago, I don't think that we need to leave these weird messy roads around forever.

Does not look intentional. WestCoastTrekker, there is something off with your process. Every individual node in many (all?) of the roads and streams that you have edited in the vicinity of Concrete are marked with abandoned=yes. See this overpass query for reference:

Adding this based on my changeset comment is dubious. The name on the sign is actually 'Flying H Youth Ranch'. This isn't a campground, the website describes it as a boarding school for troubled teenagers. And it is unclear what the bounds of the camp/school are vs. the adjacent farmland. That may be part of the school, or it might be somebody else.

I believe that anything I deleted was inaccurately placed. In areas with lots of bad TIGER data I generally just delete the residential roads that correspond to driveways rather than trying to fix up their position and attributes.
