Changing Place de Jaude to pedestrian will make the parking area non-routable because ways 934373322 and 27625939 will become disconnected.

Please double check Eisenhowerlaan street - now it's disconnected from Van Heuven Goedhartlaan. Consequentially, one cannot turn left from Van Heuven Goedhartlaan to Eisenhowerlaan.
