Thanks for reviewing the edit. We apologize for the delayed response. Yes, this road(way/691986621#map=19/51.39920/-2.29626) should be service. It doesn't qualify for residential. Even the OS data supports that it should be service road. Thanks for making the changes.

With reference to the motor vehicles parked in the satellite imagery and our delivery agent GPS traces added motor_vehicle access tags to these roads. But as per community request reverting my changes. Do let me know if you have any further questions.
