(ahhh, apparently Mapy uses the first tag - Rheinufertunnel has the first tag only and it shows as road closure)

Just out of curiosity:
Is it neccessary to use "access:conditional" *and* "motor_vehicle:conditional" for routing purposes or wouldn't the latter suffice?

Got some other changesets where I could improve and update tags :)
