Hey, thanks for letting me know. I will pay more attention in the feature - I have only added both the info only once via Organic Maps indeed. I think the issue might have been that yesterday I switched to the beta version of Organic Maps on iOS (so from App store version to Test flight) - which also comes with an updated on OSM DB - and I suspect it might have automatically re-pushed my changes.
That said, thanks for letting me know, I'll pay more attention in the future.
