Hey, I like to learn. So firstly, yes I did maybe a mistake in tagging, but before it was tagged as commercial. And I do not understand why an academic area is commercial. So I think it was wrong before, or do you have another opinion? Secondly, I saw the shape of an HQ-9 SAM site (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HQ-9) on wikimapia (Russian based platform, so no "western" view. So I had to choose between academic or military. I do not know if it is university or college or just a research_facility. So why did you tag it as university? Do you have any local proof it is not military and academic? Maybe the following example of the CAS IMECH site helps in tagging better this site? Its well tagged with landuse=education, operator=government: (way/489691058). Thirdly, I used Google Translate to check it out, but there was no excellent information about this site. I like the story about the Qian Xuesen, which is quite famous in working between german, american and chinese science, according to wikipedia. If it is an academic part of the CAS you might have a website or wikidata link to that branch, which we could add? CAS is quite popular. Fourthly, I don't follow "western", OSM is a global project, and I try to have a cosmopolitan view neither eastern or western or southern or northern. Thanks and have fun in mapping.
