Actually, ignore that last comment. I had the wrong edit. For this edit, I did in fact add a gate but perhaps I added it to the wrong location. There is a big yellow gate when the fire road hits pavement. There is an opening on either side of the gate for hikers to pass through. We were able to get our bikes through in a tight squeeze.

Oops. I think I cut/paste that comment from another edit. I don't remember adding a gate to the map (but maybe I'm wrong - it is hard for me to tell in the UI). I was trying to make it so tools like RideWithGPS don't route cyclists up this road. I'm ok with reverting if I did in fact add a gate.
