Why are street lamps named after https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Les_Pyjamasques ?

Hi. I've edited
* mostly industrial landuses in TN and the Carolinas
* some landuses in Franche-Comte (France)
* a few factories (3) in Western Tokyo, Japan

I've thought about a partial upload, but since I've also deleted landuses in each of the regions I couldn't figure it out.
Obviously I didn't want to lose my whole work, so I've uploaded everything.

If I made a specific error with any feature, please tell me.
